Livnly is operated by JB CAPITAL BV, a company registered in Belgium (VAT: BE1005.101.429). Livnly is the calendar that notices: it shows you where your weeks actually go - your energy, your evenings, the people who matter - and scores each week against the one you intended.

2. Information We Collect

We collect minimal information necessary to provide our service:

• Application Information: The answers you submit when applying for a seat - your email address, what you do, whether you track your health, and your free-text answers about your week and why you want in
• Account Information: Email address (when you sign in)
• Calendar & Event Data: The events, time bands, and contacts you create or connect inside the app
• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics via Google Analytics

3. Calendar Access

When you use the "Auto-check calendar" feature, we request temporary, read-only access to your Google Calendar. This access is used solely to check your availability against proposed time slots. We do not store, save, or retain any calendar data. The calendar information is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after matching availability. We cannot access your calendar after this one-time check.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Livnly service
• To notify you about early access and product updates
• To sync and display your calendar, events, and time bands
• To send authentication emails (magic links)
• To improve our service through anonymous analytics

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

• Service Providers: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Google (analytics)
• People You Invite: Event details you choose to share are visible to the people you invite to that event

6. Data Retention

Your account and event data is retained as long as your account exists. You can delete your data at any time. Application data is retained until you ask us to remove it or you join the product. Read-only calendar checks are processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
